The title song's techno-kuthu flavour is fresh and the chorus portions are admirably done. Gaana Bala sounds apt in yet another unconventionally tuned pop track Kakidha Kappal and the choice of instruments is mighty appealing. Guitar, violins and kazoo beautifully adorn the impressive melody Naan Nee with Shakthisree Gopalan doing a brilliant job of the singing. Needless to say, the impeccable orchestration by Santhosh too adds to the charm of the song.

Pradeep Kumar is superb in the country-folk mix Agayam Theepiditha and the stunning use of guitars lends it a soothing laid-back feel. Gaana Bala makes another appearance in the plaintive but bland Irandhidava that's very much reminiscent of the oldies. The percussion diversion in the first interlude is a nice touch though. The Western classical instrumentals Kaali Love Theme and Suvar Theme which follow next are well composed, notably the latter for its tense mood piece. Santhosh Narayanan stamps his style all over Madras, one that's enjoyable as always!
