Heavy Rotation: B. Ajaneesh Loknath, M. M. Keeravani & Santhosh Dhayanidhi

A quick roundup of three new soundtracks, one each from Kannada, Tamil and Telugu...

Onnd Onnd Sari, Kannane (Srikanta) - Ajaneesh's newest offering is disappointingly lacklustre but the buoyant, catchy melodies Ondondsari and Kannane Kannane more than make up for it.

Pareeksha, Aanandham, Veyi Naamaala Vaada (Om Namo Venkatesaya) - M. M. Keeravani's score is appositely devotional and pious with a dash of commercial music elements thrown in. Three fantastic songs stand out, the Shankar Mahadevan-sung Pareeksha in particular. By the way, is Sharath Santosh the same guy who won Airtel Super Singer 4? He sounds great in Aanandham.

Kannadi Poovukku, Kangalai Suttrum Kanavugalai (Enakku Vaaitha Adimaigal, Kattappava Kanom) - Haricharan and Jonita Gandhi rock the melodious Kannadi..., while in Kangalai..., it's D. Sathyaprakash and Shashaa Tirupati who take Santhosh Dhayanidhi's lilting tune to soaring heights.
