Shantanu Moitra's trademark touches are evident in the melodious classical piece Tere Bin (Sonu Nigam, Shreya Ghoshal), its Piyu BoleTu touches notwithstanding. His second sufi-styled composition Maula features an excellent Javed Ali, who is no stranger when it comes to the genre. Tu Mere Paas is too typical an Ankit Tiwari tune to evoke interest, but things begin to look up with Advaita's situational yet engaging konnakol-percussion fusion Khel Khel Mein (Amitabh Bachchan) and the chant-like Prashant Pillai-composed Tere Liye Mere Kareem that rides on an intriguingly frenzied guitar/electronic base. Rochak Kohli's guitary ode to friendship Atrangi Yaari, sung by the film's leads, has a fun, upbeat ring to it, and capping off the soundtrack on an adequately gripping note is the theme song by Gaurav Godkhindi. Wazir is yet another musical hodge-podge from Bejoy Nambiar along the lines of David.
