Shut Up! Vaaya Moodu! Pesadhe!'s funky mix is eminently listenable, especially the medley of various Tamil and Malayalam filmy dialogues that's incorporated is super fun. Sean Roldan is accompanied by Shakthisree Gopalan in Kadhal Ara Onnu Vizundhuchu, with both of them delivering the lines fabulously and the guitar work in particular being brilliant. Haricharan Seshadri's pleasant vocals shine in the breezy and Latino-flavoured Podhum Nee Ini Varundhadhe, the melange of guitars, violins and accordions easily taking the song to an altogether new level.

Udaigiren Udaigiren's symphony is beautifully layered and Aalap Raju chips in with a neat rendition, while Pradeep Kumar and Kalyani Nair are phenomenal as usual in the dreamy and wonderfully arranged Maatraparavai. Beedhiya Kelappa Jazz Theme is very much foot-tapping thanks to the saxophone and the groovy percussion employed. If The Sound of Silence's dubstep angle makes it enticingly appealing, Mr. Fix-It Theme builds on Podhum Nee... to deliver a haunting instrumental piece. The violins are in fact an icing on the cake! Sean Roldan aka R. Raghavendra makes a very original and commendable debut with Vaayai Moodi Pesavum. A must listen!
