Music Review: Boss (Hindi)

Vidyasagar's hit Appadi Podu (Ghilli), curiously credited to P. A. Deepak, is an uninspired remix despite Vishal Dadlani's spirited singing. The title song by Meet Bros Anjjan is passable hip-hop, while Party All Night (Yo Yo Honey Singh) is best avoided. Pitah Se rides on Sonu Nigam's soothing vocals, but the staid tune drags it down. Chirantann Bhatt gives a modern twist to Janbaaz's Har Kisi Ko; sung in separate versions by Nikhil D'Souza and Arijit Singh/Neeti Mohan, its clever reworking mercifully saves the day. Boss is no boss when it comes to music!
